Module 5: Performance Management
Describe the performance evaluation process and systems.
Identify common evaluation errors.
Conduct effective disciplinary meetings.
Identify legal issues to consider during employee terminations.
Designing sample policies & procedures
Designing a format for structural interviews
Group assignment- Making a competency dictionary
Defining KRA/ KPI for any department of your organisation
Making Job descriptions of 5 positions identified in your organisation
Based on the compilation of program learning, participants
will create a project that they can use at their own organizations.
There will a level of assessment built into the Capstone Activity.
Participants will present his or her Business Case Executive

CHRO's, CFO's) from sponsoring organizations.
