Bright Future Training Center is proud to launch the globally-acclaimed SHRM ESSENTIALS OF HR MANAGEMENT, for the professional in early-career and beginners in HR. This program is a customized approach and addresses the need of providing formalized practical education to emerging and mid-level HR practitioners. It is based on the SHRM HR Body of Competency and Knowledge and SHRM's HR Competency Model. This certification course is intended to increase the participants knowledge, skill and ability in the areas of every-day Human Resources and Business expertise. The Certificate is based on Capstone activity and hence does not offer any exams to get Certified. If you wish to gain a globally-recognised HR Certificate, but do not want to sit through an exam, choose this course.

  • Based on the compilation of program learning, participants will create a project that they can use at their own organizations. There will a level of assessment built into the Capstone Activity.
  • Participants will present his or her Business Case Executive Summary and timeline for implementation to a panel (CEOs, CHROs, CFOs) from sponsoring organizations
